At Balmoral Orchard pack-house we take food safety and quality standards very seriously. Every piece of fruit is hand-graded and packed in a clean and hygienic environment. Staff are fully trained in food hygiene, hand washing and cleanliness. This is to ensure that our product reaches markets, retail outlets and customers in a safe and perfect condition.

CERTIFICATION AND ACCREDITATION
- FRESHCARE:
At Balmoral Orchard, we are certified by Freshcare Code of Practice Food Safety & Quality Edition 4 (Certification Number FC407993 ref. www.freshcare.com.au).
- HARPS:
In addition, we are also certified by HARPS (Harmonised Australian Retailer Produce Scheme) - Certificate Number F2019013051.
- SCI QUAL INTERNATIONAL:
Balmoral Pack-house is also subject to regular external audit by Sci Qual International Pty Ltd to ensure our compliance and on-going accreditation by Freshcare and HARPS.
